Mica began his career 9 years ago as a Scale Technician with Southern IL Scale where he learned the ins and outs of scale installation and calibration, service, repairs, and fault finding. He has been the Operations Manager at Southern IL Scale since 2022, gaining invaluable managerial skills and operational insights managing service and repair schedules and overall customer support.
