Southern IL Scale & Construction Inc was happy to host the Richland County CEO Program for the second time this year.

Leanne Pearson and Brad Fryburger shared with the students about the journey of Rinstrum so far and talked about the ins and outs of navigating a business towards success. Thahiru Herath from Rinstrum Sri Lanka talked about the role of the Manufacturing facility in Sri Lanka for the global business.
