SERIES 1 IMPACT WEIGHER

  • Uses a single impact sensing plate in the modified elbow of the out-loading spout to intercept all the grain being discharged into the transporter (road, rail or container).
  • Requires no more vertical height than the existing elbow.
  • USB compatible local data capture
  • A solar panel option is available on request.

SERIES 2 IMPACT WEIGHER

  • Widely adopted by the mineral sands industry since development.
  • An internal flow stabiliser provides measurements independent of material fall height
  • Internal sand boxes prevent abrasion of the weigher internals
  • Heavy duty special steel impact plate.
  • Available with external load cell (Series 2X) for high temperature applications or where there is the potential for material to back up into and damage the weigher.
  • Available with built-in sampler (Series 2A)

SERIES 2A IMPACT WEIGHER

  • A Series 2 Impact Weigher with a built-in sweep sampler with external pneumatic actuator.

SERIES 3 IMPACT WEIGHER

  • Measurement of finished cement mill coarse returns.
  • Custom designed to suit client’s inlet chute.
  • Easily removable inspection port.
  • Removable side plates for maintenance access.
  • Capacity 50 tonnes per hour (unit shown) but installed up to 450 tonnes per hour elsewhere for same application.

SERIES 3A IMPACT WEIGHER

  • Uses a single impact sensing plate to intercept all the mineral being discharged from a conveyor into a storage silo prior to despatch by rail.
  • A built-in sampler allows a small sample of production to be obtained over the production period that is representative of the mineral that has been produced.

SERIES 3B IMPACT WEIGHER

  • Designed for dry powders and materials subject to build-up.
  • Responds only to flowing material (not build-up).
  • Optional food grade stainless steel housing.

  • Front access door for viewing etc.
  • Removable sensing assembly.

Built-in air purge solenoid valve (standard) prevents excessive build-up

SERIES 3D IMPACT WEIGHER

  • Uses a dual plate design in an inverted V configuration to intercept all the grain being discharged from a bin.
  • Allows discharge apertures of 600 mm square whilst restricting the overall height needed by the weigher to 1 metre.

SERIES 4 IMPACT WEIGHER

  • Impact weigher for measuring at the end of a belt conveyor.

MAGNE//FLO™ IMPACT WEIGHER FOR HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

  • Measures the mass flow rate of flowing bulk solids and powders.
  • The simple, compact and accurate mass flow meter is extremely rugged in construction and does not require any routine maintenance or mechanical adjustment.
  • The innovative use of magnetic techniques allows hazardous materials and food products to be metered and cleaning-in-place to be carried out without fear of damaging the sensor.
  • The MAGNE//FLO™ XR-1 Controller tracks and records the number of batches weighed, the maximum, minimum and average flow rates and the total weight.
  • The Series 3 MAGNE//FLO™ is designed for gravity feed applications operating at low, medium or high mass flow rates where a constant fall height is available.
  • The Series 3 style has a number of different configurations (3A, 3B, 3C & 3D) to accommodate different types of feed chutes.
